Tritium (H3)

I viened these switch cover plates and attached various colors of H3 vials.  Now the switches can be located in complete darkness without first having to make love to the wall.  They work even better than I had anticipated.  REALLY hard to photograph these with accurate color and contrast, however.  So I did some bracketing in an attempt to show as much detail as possible.

Here we are with the lights on - the colors in ambient light are not this vibrant, however.  It is actually a bit difficult to tell which color is which when the lights are on.

This is a slightly better example of how they look in ambient light.

This is a good representation of what they look like in complete darkness.

And here I overexposed the same shot.  The Vials are NOT this bright of course, but you can sort of imagine how they look in low light.

Best rendition of the colors that I could get.  Green, purple, orange, yellow.  Blue and pink are missing here.

Here is a LionHeart and a McE2S switch with small H3 vials inserted.

Custom CR2 light by David, George and Darell (who only did the easy parts). I boldly ground my own channel and inserted a vial.
